Nurse Next Door is looking for compassionate Home Care Nurses to serve the seniors in Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, and Port Coquitlam. Enjoy a casual role with a flexible schedule to make a real difference in clients’ lives.

In this position, you’ll execute care plans and assess client needs while traveling to various communities. We are seeking both Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) with at least one year of nursing experience. Your job will also involve training other care team members and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to multiple communities for client shifts

• Execute individualized care plans as prescribed

• Assess client conditions and recommend care plan adjustments

• Provide training and supervision for care team members

• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation

Requirements:

• Licensed as an LPN or RN in BC

• Availability for a minimum of two days per week

• Class 5 Driver’s Licence required

• TB test completed within two years

• Strong command of English; additional languages a plus
