Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preadmission screenings for cardiac surgery patients

• Assess and document patient conditions and needs

• Develop and evaluate personalized nursing care plans

• Educate patients on illness management and health maintenance

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved Nursing Program

• Two years' recent cardiac care experience

• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications

• Valid BC Driver's License

• Clinical proficiency in outpatient settings
