Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and clinical resource support

• Supervise scheduling and work directions for staff

• Conduct quality assurance and risk management activities

• Engage in staff development and orientation processes

• Collaborate with team members to resolve clinical issues

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse credential

• Minimum three years of clinical experience, including supervision

• Completion of relevant substance use training

• Current CPR and first aid certification

• Proven communication and mentorship skills
