As a dedicated Registered Nurse with Ridge Meadows Hospital, you’ll leverage your skills to improve patient outcomes through evidence-informed practices in skin and wound care. Using your clinical expertise, you will educate staff, mentor students, and provide consultation while participating in quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership in skin and wound care practice

• Role model patient care skills to nursing staff

• Evaluate education needs and develop teaching plans

• Facilitate learning through presentations and lectures

• Participate in quality improvement and safety audits

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with BCCNM

• Minimum three years of clinical experience in skin and wound care

• One year of leadership or education experience

• Postgraduate coursework in related clinical areas

• Valid BC Driver's License for business purposes
