Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preadmission assessments for surgical patients

• Plan and evaluate nursing care interventions

• Educate patients and families about self-management

• Document all patient information according to standards

• Collaborate with healthcare providers on patient care

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved Nursing Program

• Recent two years' experience in cardiac rehabilitation

• Valid BCLS and ACLS certifications

• Proficient in clinical assessment and communication

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
