As a Client Care Coordinator, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality care delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate efficient patient intake and flow management

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care

• Mentor and assess nursing clinical skills and performance

• Lead quality improvement and risk management initiatives

• Engage in educational program development for staff

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with BCCNM

• Minimum three years clinical experience in acute or urgent care

• One year supervisory experience required

• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities

• Ability to communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment
