Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan individualized care with team collaboration

• Deliver personalized nursing care including palliative and wound management

• Document and communicate patient information effectively

• Advocate for patient rights in decision-making processes

• Mentor students and junior staff in clinical practices

Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing program

• Current BCCNM registration as RN or RPN

• Minimum one year of relevant nursing experience

• Valid Level 1 First Aid certification

• Proficiency in critical thinking and independent work
