Position: Registered Nurse for Mental Health Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients

• Perform thorough mental health assessments and evaluations

• Engage in team planning and quality improvement initiatives

• Document client interactions and care processes accurately

Requirements:

• Must hold current registration with BCCNM as RN or RPN

• Completion of 6 weeks or 240 hours of clinical practicum

• Knowledge of psychiatric care models and community resources

• Proven ability to manage challenging behaviors and crises

• Skill in effective documentation and care management practices
