Location: Pitt Meadows
Become a Clinical Nurse Educator with Fraser Health and advance public health education across various sites. This casual position offers the chance to innovate and improve service quality.
In the Best Beginnings program, the Clinical Nurse Educator plays a key role in connecting clinical theory with real-world application. You will develop educational frameworks, conduct evaluations, and engage in mentorship to enhance learning outcomes. Your efforts will contribute to the overall healthcare quality in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prioritize educational needs collaboratively
• Design and implement relevant educational programs
• Foster interprofessional relationships for effective learning
• Measure educational impact and adjust strategies accordingly
• Arrange clinical placements and support student learning
Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM
• Minimum three years of public health experience
• At least one year in education or leadership roles
• Valid BC Driver's Licence with vehicle access
• Strong skills in communication and conflict resolution
Facilitate impactful education and leadership within Fraser Health's public health framework.
