In this position, you will work under the guidance of the Manager, Clinical Operations, as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include performing patient assessments, developing care plans, and providing nursing services according to British Columbia’s standards. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of your patients through effective communication and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and respond to patient care needs comprehensively

• Develop tailored care plans with team involvement

• Document nursing actions and educate patients and families

• Ensure safe and clean environments for patients

• Participate in staff orientation and training activities

Requirements:

• Completed practical nursing program or equivalent education

• Current registration as an LPN with BCCNM

• Effective communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of full scope nursing practice

• Physical capability to perform job duties
