Licensed Practical Nurse Ridge Meadows

Under Clinical Operations leadership, this Licensed Practical Nurse collaborates with a multidisciplinary team. The position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. Care follows BCCNM competency guidelines, agency policies, and unit-specific protocols.

• Assess patient, resident, and family strengths, limitations, and needs
• Support informed healthcare decisions and respect personal choices
• Contribute to individualized care plans and family conferences
• Provide nursing care, document observations, and report changes
• Complete admissions, discharges, and patient or resident transfers

• Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program or equivalent
• Current practicing BCCNM registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of full BCCNM scope, including medication administration
• Physical ability to carry out position duties
