This crucial role involves working alongside Arborist Crew Leaders to provide comprehensive tree and shrub care services. You will be engaged in climbing, equipment operation, and various arboriculture practices, all while fostering a culture of safety and continued learning within the team. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tree climbing and ground duties as assigned

• Safely prune trees and provide cabling support

• Maintain and operate aerial lifts and hand tools

• Understand and follow safety rules at all times

• Assist with tree removals and other projects

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year in tree climbing and aerial lift operations

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Passion for environmental preservation

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather

• Strong understanding of safety practices in arboriculture
