Position: Grow Team Supervisor at UP Vertical Farms

You will bring your hands-on horticultural expertise to lead a dedicated grow team, monitoring crop vitality and environmental controls. As the Grow Supervisor, communication and problem-solving skills will be vital as you collaborate with various departments to enhance operational performance and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily seeding, irrigation, and harvesting tasks

• Assess plant health and maintain environmental standards

• Guide and train the grow team in best practices

• Uphold food safety and sanitation measures

• Record operational data and assist in crop planning
Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in horticulture or greenhouse work

• Supervisory experience is strongly preferred

• Education in agriculture or plant science is beneficial

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence required

• Forklift certification considered an asset
