Process Quality Control

Position: In Process Quality Control
To ensure accurate and timely quality control testing and documentation to maintain product integrity and compliance with standards. Support continuous improvement in laboratory practices and cross-functional coordination.

Main Responsibilities:

Testing the materials provided to the QC lab according to defined procedures.
Sample tracking and documentation.
Obtaining samples when required according to defined procedures.
Assistance with investigation into out-of-specification results.
Assistance with development of new laboratory procedures when required.
Assistance with review of production documentation.
Monitoring of lab inventory and maintenance of on-going lab requirements.
Ensuring accurate and prompt documentation of activities according to established procedures.
Conduct in process testing to ensure products comply with quality specifications.
Work closely with Quality Control Manager and Production Manager.
All other duties relating to QC department as required.
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Identify and promptly report any safety hazards, near misses, or incidents to the appropriate supervisor or safety representative.
Other Responsibilities as assigned:
Adhere strictly to all GMP procedures to ensure safe and compliant production.
Work according to the Quality Management System (QMS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies and practices to ensure quality and compliance.
Keep work areas clean and practice proper personal hygiene to prevent contamination.
Immediately report any product issues, equipment malfunctions, or deviations from procedures.
Need to react to change productively and to undertake other tasks as assigned.
