Role Description
We’re seeking a motivated and independent Leasing Agent to take the lead on a building in Maple Ridge, BC. This is a 3‑month term position with the potential for growth into another opportunity within the organization. This role is accountable for conducting property showings for prospective tenants with professionalism and enthusiasm. We expect the individual to be flexible to conduct showings on weekends, evenings and outside of usual hours if requested.

The individual may also need to provide assistance with property management and marketing administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Experience in sales and residential leasing

Proven customer service skills and ability to maintain positive relationships

Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work on‑site in Maple Ridge, BC

Knowledge of local rental regulations and rental market is an asset

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in property management or real estate are advantageous
