Maple Ridge Senior Manager, Real Estate Strategy

This pivotal role involves managing the Land Inventory System, executing high-value negotiations, and developing strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the real estate strategy for municipal land needs

• Develop property acquisition and management frameworks

• Maintain land inventory and identify strategic opportunities

• Provide strategic guidance to City Council and leadership

• Manage property negotiations with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Geography or Business

• Significant experience in property management and acquisition

• Preferred AACI or R.I. designation

• Knowledge of local land laws and property valuation

• Proficient with GIS tools and land management applications
