Job Summary  The Fill Crew Associate has a key role in ensuring that products are transported from the warehouse to the sales floor in an efficient manner. This role involves constant handling of merchandise that varies in weight from light to heavy throughout the shift.

Responsibilities   Stock shelves and merchandise display areas neatly and safely.
Ensure inventory accuracy and identify and report low stock levels.
Complete necessary paperwork on a daily basis.
Execute retail tasks efficiently (e.g., stocking, labeling, faced, cleaning).
Place product and overstock in appropriate locations.
Report stolen and damaged goods to management.
Assist in pricing and verifying price labels as needed.
Assist in organizing the warehouse as needed.
Dispose of garbage and cardboard.
Greet, assist, and thank customers in a friendly manner.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements / Skills   No experience required—training will be provided.
Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
Ability to meet physical demands, including standing/walking for 8 hours and lifting/carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning, and reaching.
Strong computer and organizational skills.
Result‑oriented.
Ability to find solutions, adapt, cope with challenging situations, and make decisions.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and multitask.
Certification in forklift and/or skyjack (scissor lift) is an asset.
