7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Leader. In this role, you will oversee customer service initiatives, train employees, and implement merchandising strategies. We prioritize your success with comprehensive training and a culture of promotion from within.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and coach store employees on service and operations

• Maintain high retention by identifying and developing talent

• Implement merchandising and marketing programs

• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

• Manage cash handling and fuel transactions accurately

Requirements:

• Previous Retail Management experience preferred

• High School diploma or GED recommended

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Strong communication and computer skills necessary

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
