What you'll do

Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery.

Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.

Ensures product quality and order accuracy, selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items.

Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.

Maintains efficient and organized packing, packs totes efficiently to make best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Supports customers and team operations by balancing fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.

Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)

Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
