Industrial / OEM Sales Representative to expand our presence across British Columbia. In this role, you will drive demand for our industrial and OEM product portfolio by engaging with key industrial end users, original equipment manufacturers (OEM), panel builders, systems integrators, and our electrical wholesale distribution partners. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, translating complex customer applications into reliable, high-performance product solutions.

How You’ll Contribute:- Deliver Industrial & OEM Demand: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across major BC industries, including resource extraction, forestry, marine, utility, heavy manufacturing, and machinery OEM
- Be a Technical Consultant: Partner with manufacturers, panel shops, engineering specifiers, and procurement managers, to recommend tailored product solutions for demanding operating environments.
- Support Wholesale Distribution: Collaborate closely with electrical wholesale partners to align end-user demand with local distribution channels, participating in joint customer visits, and staff product training.
- Build Long-Term Partnerships: Develop comprehensive account plans for strategic industrial facilities and OEM accounts, building strong relationships across operational, engineering, and management levels.
- Demonstrate and Educate: Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, technical presentations, and Lunch & Learn sessions for engineers, contractors, and distributor sales teams
Qualifications:
- Experience in technical sales, OEM sales, industrial automation, or electrical manufacturing environments.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical product specifications.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter who communicates effectively and collaboratively with internal teams.
- Proficiency with standard office applications (Email, Word, Excel, CRM).
- Valid BC Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle for travel across the BC territory.
