Build customer rapport and apply electrical product knowledge in counter sales with Bartle & Gibson’s Customer Service team. Support customers through orders, returns, and service.
This career-oriented position serves the Electrical division and handles counter sales and product returns. You will respond to inquiries, process calls and orders, source materials, and negotiate sales. Success depends on exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inquiries and process incoming calls and orders
- Purchase materials and negotiate sales for customers
- Source unavailable materials for customer orders
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Handle counter sales and product returns as required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to develop rapport with potential customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Electrical industry knowledge or previous experience is an asset
