Security guard supervisor

Hillcrest Security Ltd is looking for 2 full‑time and permanent Security guard supervisors at 22420 Dewdney Trunk Rd, Maple Ridge, BC V2X 3J5. Although this is a full‑time position we encourage part‑time job seekers to apply as well. Salary: $26.92/hr for 40 hours per week.

• Coordinate, assign and review the work of security guards
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Resolve work‑related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Requisition supplies and materials
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised

• Completion of secondary school is usually required
• Completion of college courses related to the area supervised may be required
• 1–2 years of experience in the occupation supervised is usually required
• Certification or licensing is required for some occupations in this group
