Position: Asset Protection Representative Role
Location: Pitt Meadows

Enhance community safety as an Asset Protection Representative in retail. Deter theft and ensure a secure shopping environment through proactive engagement and investigation practices.

This role requires active collaboration with local law enforcement and Asset Protection teams to combat theft and ensure compliance with internal policies. You will play a crucial part in conducting audits and mentoring colleagues on security measures, fostering a safe retail atmosphere. Additionally, participating in community events strengthens relationships with customers and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to deter and detect theft

• Engage with law enforcement on theft investigations

• Compile evidence for legal purposes

• Conduct and supervise internal investigations

• Lead training sessions on Asset Protection policies

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Provincial Security Guard License

• Understanding of applicable criminal laws

• Friendly, professional demeanor is essential

• Strong initiative and integrity for dynamic roles

• Basic familiarity with Windows applications required
