Walmart is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to maintain a secure facility while demonstrating professionalism. This role includes making daily patrols, investigating financial and physical shrink, and implementing evacuation procedures during emergencies. You'll also communicate findings to Store Leadership and participate in investigatory efforts concerning theft and organized retail crime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily security patrols, ensuring all areas are secure

• Investigate incidents of theft and loss as directed

• Support emergency evacuation procedures as needed

• Collaborate with Store Leadership on loss findings

• Conduct thorough investigations per Walmart Canada policies

Requirements:

• Must have Security Guard License

• Age 16 or older

• Strong communication skills for clarifying issues

• Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations

• Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
