Your responsibilities will encompass conducting assessments and developing individualized plans that address the specific needs of clients facing disabilities. By leveraging your experience in employment counseling, you will guide clients through available WorkBC programs and community services. This full-time position requires effective communication and a commitment to client advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct exhaustive Client Needs Assessments to identify services
• Maintain appropriate documentation of client progress in ICM
• Interpret evaluation results to guide client referrals
• Assist clients in navigating WorkBC services effectively
• Actively participate in community events for outreach
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant training
• Experience in employment counseling and with individuals with disabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate client communication
• Familiar with labor market dynamics and WorkBC services
• Valid driver’s license with travel availability
