You will assess client needs, support job placement efforts, and engage in outreach to enhance employability. Administer and manage client progress with an aim for sustainable employment and education paths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for youth clients

• Design individualized action plans targeting employment goals

• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients

• Participate in community events and support outreach

• Maintain records and complete required administrative reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in career consulting

• Familiarity with employment counseling for youth

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry

• Knowledge of current local labor market conditions

• Successful completion of a Criminal Record check required
