Position: Disability Employment Career Coach
Champion employment access as a Disability Employment Career Coach. Work closely with clients with disabilities to create tailored job strategies and provide ongoing support in a hybrid environment.

Your role will include conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized action plans aimed at securing sustainable employment for clients facing barriers. Building relationships with community providers and businesses will enhance job placement efforts. You'll monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Disability Related Needs Assessments

• Partner with clients to build tailored career plans

• Maintain detailed reports on client outcomes and referrals

• Foster relationships with employers and community services

• Monitor labor market trends for job opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training

• Experience with employment programs for disabilities

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in computer applications and data entry

• Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license
