Position: Caseworker at The Salvation Army
Serve clients in need as a Caseworker with The Salvation Army in Maple Ridge, BC. This full-time role focuses on housing, health, and community service support for vulnerable populations.

The Salvation Army is actively seeking a dedicated Caseworker to assist clients in overcoming obstacles related to housing, mental health, and social services. You will monitor client safety, develop action plans, and facilitate access to vital resources and community services.

Your role aims to foster independence and support in a caring and compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure client safety and secure facility access

• Assist clients in creating flexible support plans

• Liaise with community resources for client needs

• Monitor and evaluate individual client progress

• Document client interactions and maintain records

Requirements:

• Diploma in social services or equivalent experience

• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License

• Knowledge of CPR and First Aid certifications

• Strong communication and adaptability skills

• Ability to manage challenging behavior and conflicts
