Position: Program Coordinator at Connective Charity
Enhance social services in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, as Connective’s Program Coordinator II. You will plan, develop, and oversee impactful programs, driving community inclusivity and support.

This unionized role invites applicants from all genders to lead program activities, staff supervision, and day-to-day operations. With a focus on effective intervention and community reintegration, your expertise will directly benefit adults and families. You'll manage program policies, deliver client-centered services, and liaise with community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement program activities and special events

• Supervise program staff and provide performance feedback

• Monitor program expenditures and maintain financial records

• Liaise with community agencies for service coordination

• Produce reports and maintain related statistics

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology

• Minimum 3 years experience in community/social services

• Proven ability with high-risk clients

• Demonstrated public speaking experience

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and personal transportation
