Position: Residence Worker Role
Make a difference as a Residence Worker at Connective in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Support youth in specialized care by addressing their emotional, physical, and educational needs.

This position requires someone passionate about working with children facing complex challenges. With a focus on building relationships, the Residence Worker will develop and implement care plans while assisting residents with daily living activities. Collaboration with other staff and families is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with residents and provide emotional support

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Assist residents with daily living activities and life skills

• Monitor and ensure the security of the residence

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective care

Requirements:

• Diploma in human services or related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with Autism

• Comprehensive knowledge of trauma-informed care

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Valid class 5 driver’s license with insured personal transportation
