Position: Caseworker Position with Salvation Army
Make a difference daily as a Caseworker for The Salvation Army, dedicated to client support and community service. Focus on problem-solving and resource coordination.

In this Caseworker role, you will engage with clients to assess their unique situations and help them achieve independence. Your responsibilities will include safety monitoring, advocacy, and the development of personalized care plans. Strong communication and resilience are key in supporting clients through various challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure client safety and monitor facility environments

• Develop and implement client action plans

• Advocate for clients’ needs with community agencies

• Track and monitor client progress and challenges

• Keep accurate records of client interactions

Requirements:

• Diploma in social services or equivalent experience

• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License required

• Training in CPR, First Aid, and additional crisis management

• Effective adaptability in client interactions

• Pass a Criminal Background and Vulnerable Sector Check
