This role requires providing targeted and intensive support to at-risk students under the guidance of educational professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement effective support strategies for emotional learning

• Work closely with school counselors and educational teams

• Interact with students in both individual and group contexts

• Exercise confidentiality and professionalism in all communications

• Handle crisis situations according to district protocols

Requirements:

• Grade 12 and Child/Youth Care Worker Diploma

• At least six months of experience with at-risk youth

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Current knowledge of applicable social resources

• A valid BC driver’s license
