Position: Youth Care Specialist – Connective Residence Worker
Become a Youth Care Specialist with Connective, focusing on the specialized needs of children with complex behaviours. This full-time role emphasizes relationship building and daily living assistance.

In this role, you will work closely with families, develop and implement individualized care plans, and promote residents’ participation in community life. Your work will foster both emotional and practical skills necessary for their development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update individualized care plans

• Facilitate daily living skills and emotional support

• Monitor residents' health and emotional well-being

• Involve residents in community and recreational activities

• Maintain logs and case notes for accountability

Requirements:

• Diploma in behavioral sciences or related fields

• At least 1 year experience working with vulnerable youth

• Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively

• Current emergency first aid certification

• Clean criminal record check and valid driver's license
