The Opportunity
The Ridge Meadows Association for Community Living is currently accepting applications for a Residential Child and Youth Worker in one of its Staffed Children’s Residential Group Homes

Job Description
To provide support and care to Children and youth in a staffed residential resource.

Position Classification:
Residential Child & Youth Worker - Grid Level 11 - BCGEU Collective Agreement. Wage rate - $29.22 - $33.54

Qualifications
A diploma or certificate and/or experience in a field related to supporting children with developmental disabilities is required

Specific Requirements
Successful candidates must have or be ready to acquire:

NVCI or MANDT Training

Class 5, BC Driver’s License

First Aid/CPR

Cleared Criminal Record Check

Clearance from Physician

Successful applicant will be required to complete MCFD HUB screen which includes a Criminal Record Check and Prior Contact with MCFD check

An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered for this position.
