Casual Residence Worker in Mental Health

You will collaborate with a multifaceted team, developing care plans and therapeutic relationships with residents in need. Your responsibilities will include crisis intervention, conducting interviews, and facilitating residents’ integration into the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client interviews to prepare care plans

• Assist with the implementation of therapeutic support

• Facilitate recreational and educational programs

• Maintain comprehensive client files

• Provide emotional support to residents and families

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of relevant mental health experience

• Degree or Diploma in a related field

• Valid Class 5 BC driver's license

• Current Emergency First Aid Certificate

• Ability to pass a Criminal Records Check
