We’re hiring a Personal Lines Producer to join the Personal Lines team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships over the phone, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is motivated to grow their book of business with a company that invests in its people and technology.

• Generate new business through outbound calls and warm network leads.

• Quote and bind policies for Home, Auto, Umbrella, and Recreational Lines.

• Use multiple systems including Salesforce, Carrier Portals, and EPIC.

• Manage call activity while maintaining attention to detail and strong client relationships.

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

• Coachable, organized, and tech-savvy — comfortable using multiple platforms.

• Confident communicator who enjoys hunting new business.
