$15.00/hr - $20.00/hr

• Use your knowledge of Car Max inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.

• Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, is preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self‑motivation.

Except as otherwise required by state law, Car Max Associates are entitled to the following paid sick, vacation, and holiday time.

• Full‑time hourly or commissioned associates may earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year accrued per pay period and between 80 and 200 hours of vacation time per year after a 90‑day waiting period.
• Full‑time associates are eligible for 8 hours of pay for each of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus one floating holiday. If such an associate works on a scheduled holiday due to business need, they are eligible for holiday premium pay.
• Full‑time salaried associates are entitled to paid time away with no specified limit as needed for sick, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, floating holiday, etc., subject to manager approval.
