Holman’s upfitting division offers a great opportunity for an Installation Mechanic‑B to join our team in Maple Shade, NJ.

Shift & Pay
  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • Pay: $25 per hour.
  • Important skills: assembly, electrical wiring, welding, and hydraulics.
  • Must provide basic hand and power tools.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
  • Install new aftermarket equipment on new vehicles.
  • Build vehicles according to work instructions and prints.
  • Safely mount and connect mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.
  • Test installed parts prior to final inspection.
  • Verify all line items have been completed on the work order.
  • Inform and communicate suggestions and errors to relevant departments to continuously improve the installation process.
Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years of electrical, mechanical, and equipment assembly experience.
  • Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics.
  • Understanding of 12‑V circuits.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems.
  • Previous experience with hydraulics and welding.
  • Must be able to provide basic hand and power tools.
  • Must be able to work in multiple environments—shop, outside in all types of weather conditions, and in an office.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Pay Range

Competitive wages commensurate with experience and location: $22.59 – $29.94 per hour.
