• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll train you).
• Be part of a team of instructors who run classes and birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility to ensure a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and member experience. We treat our members like family.

• You’re open to being a goofball and love giving high‑5s. A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance, or early childhood education helps.
• You have a background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education.
• You love serving others; making people feel good feels good to you.

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs use movement‑based learning and imaginative play to build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. Over 40 years of trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, camps, skill clinics and birthday parties. All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
