School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full Time | Maple Valley, WA |  School Year

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year in Maple Valley, Washington. This is a full‑time, in‑person position in a school setting. Whether you’re an experienced school‑based OT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we’d love to hear from you!

• Provide school‑based OT assessments, treatment, and consultation
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes

• Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate)
• Previous school‑based experience preferred, but not required
