This position pays $20 - $26 an hour with opportunities to earn bonuses each period. The following general description applies to all hourly store team members. Please read the detailed information listed below.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment approximately daily.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used); make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for fast and accurate movements. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler areas to 90 °F or higher in some work areas. Sudden temperature changes, food fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 °F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Standing, walking, and sitting are frequent duties. Lifting bulk deliveries up to 50 lb, carrying items up to 30 lb, pushing trays up to 7.5 lb, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, and reaching above 72 in. Eye‑hand coordination is continuous.

Deliver product by car to customer door, deliver flyers and door hangers. Requires a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle. Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings while carrying product.
