Registered Nurse; RN – Assisted Living Case Manager

The Registered Nurse is responsible for resident assessments, healthcare management, care plan development, clinical oversight, and ongoing monitoring of resident needs. This role works closely with Resident Services staff and leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

• Complete pre-admission and ongoing resident assessments
• Develop and update individualized service plans
• Provide clinical oversight to care teams
• Delegate nursing tasks in accordance with state law
• Review and follow up on incident reports
• Monitor resident health status and respond to changes
• Support medication management and quality assurance
• Communicate with physicians, families, and team members
• Provide first aid or emergency support as needed
• Assist with staff education and in-service training
• Participate in on-call rotation; occasional weekend responsibilities

• Current, unencumbered RN license (state of practice)
• Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with older adults, assisted living, or memory care preferred
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to pass background checks and meet health requirements
• Professional, compassionate, and resident-centered approach

Ability to lift/carry up to 25–50 lbs. periodically; stand/walk for extended periods; bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks related to resident care.

Salary $95,000-$102,000 negotiable based on proven experience.
