Our Panera Bread cafés are upscale, friendly cafés featuring baked breads and pastries, made‑to‑order soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, fast, and friendly café environment.

• Provide excellent customer service for guests, ensuring a clean, fast, and friendly café environment.
• Listen to guests' needs and deliver orders fast, accurately, and with a friendly smile.
• Support daily café operations, including inventory, cleanliness, and order accuracy.
• Maintain a grease‑ and alcohol‑free environment; no late nights or fryer use.

• Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to ten (10) hours.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication.
• Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment.
