Drive occupancy by implementing an effective leasing program.
Develop strong relationships with prospective residents and families.
Conduct tours, lead follow-ups, and support community outreach efforts.
Collaborate with the Executive Director
on strategic plans, events, and market analyses.Assist in maintaining and developing marketing materials and promotional activities.
Utilize a contact management system
to track and manage sales and leasing efforts.
Passion for working with seniors and helping them transition into a vibrant, fulfilling community.
Strong sales and relationship-building skills – you’re a people person!
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a team-player mindset.
Marketing, leasing, or sales experience in senior living, healthcare, multi-family housing or hospitality preferred.
Competitive salary $65,000-$70,000 (negotiable based on proven experience) with a very lucrative bonus structure.
