Senior Home Lending Advisor – Maple Valley, WA. Join JPMorgan Chase to serve as the customer’s chief point of contact throughout the life of the loan, adhering to regulatory requirements while marketing and promoting Chase financial products. • Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using centralized direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, , electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories; functions within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Establishes themselves as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and understanding of the customer’s financial needs, goals, and circumstances.

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

• FHA/VA sales experience
• Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment

This position is subject to regulatory requirements under the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, the Truth in Lending Act, and the Dodd-Frank Act.
