• Sell required vehicle repair and maintenance services

• Serve as the key liaison between customers and technicians

• Explain vehicle service needs and associated costs

• Schedule customer appointments and follow up on repairs

• Accurately prepare and process repair orders and invoices

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in automotive service advisory

• Familiarity with ERP systems (CDK/Reynolds preferred)

• Strong customer relationship management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Organized with strong attention to detail
