As Senior Health and Safety Manager, you will play an essential role in promoting a zero-injury culture throughout the network. You will spearhead the rollout of a new safety management platform and standardize operating procedures to maintain alignment with regulatory requirements. This role also involves engaging with site leaders to enhance safety performance and readiness for regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee enterprise safety management software rollout

• Standardize procedures for compliance and readiness

• Analyze and report safety performance indicators

• Implement training programs for workforce engagement

• Lead emergency preparedness planning across sites

Requirements:

• 7-9 years of health and safety experience

• In-depth knowledge of OHS regulations

• Strong skills in leadership and data analysis

• Experience in developing SOPs and safety standards

• Engineering or H&S degree required
