Lead Concrete Foreman Reinders

Become a Lead Concrete Foreman with Maple Reinders overseeing operations in Bradford and Wasaga Beach. Lead field crews to ensure high-quality concrete execution while adhering to safety standards.

This role requires a minimum of five years of concrete construction experience and previous leadership as a Lead Hand or Foreman. Master the art of concrete forming, placement, and finishing while ensuring safety and productivity targets are met. You will coordinate closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to maintain project schedules and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct concrete crews in daily activities

• Plan formwork and concrete placement workflows

• Read specifications and shop drawings accurately

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality

• Monitor productivity and oversee tool usage

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in concrete construction

• Preferred experience as a Lead Hand or Foreman

• Strong concrete finishing and forming skills

• Ability to maintain structural tolerances

• Heavy civil experience considered an asset
