Civil Construction Co-op Reinders

Gain hands-on experience in civil construction with Maple Reinders as an Assistant Project Coordinator Co-op Student in Pickering, Ontario. Support project managers, maintain logs, and enhance your skills in a real-world setting.

The role is an excellent opportunity for a full-time student or recent graduate in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering. You will assist in project coordination, maintain contract documentation, and support budgeting and scheduling efforts. Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Excel will be beneficial as you contribute to multiple project types including Design Build and Construction Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update purchase order, shop drawing, and submittal logs

• Support procurement and scope clarification with suppliers

• Attend site meetings to address project deficiencies

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices

• Track inventory of site supplies and ensure timely deliveries

Requirements:

• Enrollment in a related post-secondary program

• New graduate from a relevant program in 2026

• Experience with Microsoft Project and Excel is an asset

• Commitment to site safety and quality

• Ability to travel to project sites
