As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring customers remain connected and satisfied with their HVAC services. Maple Air values long-term relationships, and you will directly influence the brand's trust and recurring revenue. Your proactive engagement will enhance the Maple Care program and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outreach to schedule seasonal HVAC maintenance
• Inform homeowners about preventative maintenance and Maple Care benefits
• Coordinate bookings with Service Manager to optimize schedules
• Keep organized records using CRM systems
• Recommend process improvements for efficiency
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or coordination
• Excellent communication skills, professional and confident
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Experience working with CRM systems and Excel
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
